Windows 7 has a number of settings that could be configured to adjust how Windows operates. Unfortunately, these settings isn’t the easiest thing to do, but most settings could be adjusted using the Control Panel.

While the Control Panel is an useful tool, it can sometimes be daunting to use. For some part, when using Control Panel, you should toggle back in forth between many different windows to setup everything. This can be very arduous when attempting to find a particular setting that you wanna configure. Fortunately, there is one other way that you can make use to adjust settings on your Windows 7 computer, which provides you all adjustment choices in a place… Windows 7 “God Mode”.

In order to get into your Windows 7 “God Mode” settings, you have to first make a new folder on your desktop. To do so, you can right click on your desktop to point out the secondary menu. From these menu, select New > Folder. This will automatically add a new folder to your desktop which will be named such New folder, etc…

Once, you have to rename the New folder that you just created. Right click on the folder and choose rename or Properties from the drop down menu. At the first tab, General, you'll see a text box with the name of the folder (e.g. new folder). Then type the following code into the text box to rename the folder:

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

After it's done, click OK button to close the folder Properties window and see the result. And as result, the folder must have changed from a default blank folder icon to a Control Panel looking icon.

Once, double click on the “God Mode” icon to open it up. You'll see that it looks like to the Control Panel window, with entire options resided in list format. This is an easy way to see all the available settings for Windows 7 in one place. Now, you can jump to a particular setting and configure it easily, without having to go through a bunch of different Windows. When you click on a listing within the “God Mode” window, you'll be able to directly to the adjustments.
