How to Keep Computer up-to-date With Latest Security Threats and Another Updates?

Most people don’t know what is Windows Automatic Updates exactly and how important is it? Windows Automatic Updates used to checks for recent updates that might help protects your system against the newest security threats like viruses.

   This option allows you to download manually along with the installation. Windows will checks for the updates and then notifies you if the updates are available. Once Windows finds desires updates for you, the icon appears in the right bottom and an alert will pops up to tell you that recent updates are have ready to be downloaded. Click on the icon to download the newest updates, you can pick several or all the updates to be downloaded depending your needs.

   During Windows downloads the new updates, you and another tasks will not be disturbed. When downloading is complete, the Update icon will appears in the right bottom again to tell you that the new updates are ready to be installed. Then you can pick to install all or just few of the updates.

4. Turn off Automatic Updates
   The alert and icon will never popping ups anymore, and you will not notified asking to download and install when updates are available. But your computer will be vulnerable against to security threats like malicious viruses that potentially damage your system or important files. Beware, security threats are continually developed to harming our system. Turn it off will recommended if you don’t have an internet connection.
