It looks like that Google has their finger in almost everything – apart from the ISP business. As in the guys you put up some dollars to have access to the internet and use all of Google’s services – like the newly announced Google Buzz. Your ISP’s best offer might be high-speed broadband access to internet. Well, Google has one better, Google Buzz that offers ultra high-speed broadband.

Mountain View Calif.-based Google has announced that it plans to “develop and test ultra high-speed broadband networks in a small number of trial locations across the United States.” Google’s network will delivers speeds of up to 1 gbps (gigabit per second), which is about 100 times better than your ISP’s best offer. The fiber-to-home internet connection will compete on price, and it will provided to at least 50,000 Americans, with Google hoping it will potentially obtain about 500,000 people. At last year, Google Chrome was the only browser to stand up and not get cracked.
